School Health Office

The student health office is an integral component of each school's success. Health office personnel work as a team to provide support and resources to parents, children and staff. Our work supports the overall health and safety of all of our schools. Each health office is staffed by a part time health clerk who works in conjunction with our school office manager and school nurse.

Parents who wish to speak with either the Health Clerk or the School Nurse are asked to contact the school's main office.
School Participation Form Following a Serious Injury/Illness

The following form may be used by school staff, at the direction of the school nurse or designee, when a child returns to school following a serious injury or illness. This form needs to be filled out by the child's doctor as a way of providing further information regarding restrictions.

Schools may use the following brochure as an informational tool for parents. The brochure, A Parent's Guide to Head Lice, is provided courtesy of the California Department of Public Health.
