Criteria for Posting Community Flyers to our Website -READ FIRST

To have your flyers or information approved for posting on our web site, please email them in PDF format to You will receive a response within 48 hours advising you if the flyer has been approved for posting, or if it does not meet our criteria. We recommend you provide your flyer in English, Spanish and Korean. Please make sure to include information regarding your registration process and important dates on your flyers so that parents will know how to proceed.

Please note flyers must be from non-profit organizations, provide a service or opportunity for students and/or parents, and/or fundraising opportunities for schools. In addition, all flyers must contain the following statement:

“Please note the Centralia School District does not necessarily endorse student participation as advertised in this flyer. Parents should conduct their own evaluation to determine if this program is appropriate for their child.”
