Children's Home Society of California (CHS)
Centralia School District Child Development Child Care program works in cooperation with the Children's Home Society of California (CHS) for families requiring Financial Assistance. If you are in need of Financial Assistance for your child care contact CHS at (714)456-9800, fill out the attched CHS Eligibility Questionnaire below and mail it to Children's Home Society of California or go to their website at www.chs-ca.org.
